Do you allow streaming video or mp3 files?

Yes, we allow such content so long as it is legal (meaning you own the right to distribute the file) and is non-pornographic in nature. Absolutely no distrubution of copyrighted mp3s (for which you do not own the copyright), movies or "warez" will be tolerated.

If you plan on hosting this type of content, you may want to select a plan with a larger amount of bandwidth as these files tend to be large and use bandwidth quickly

Can I upgrade to another plan later on?

Absolutely. If you find that your current hosting plan is too small for your needs, simply send an email to sales@turtlepop.com requesting an upgrade. We will then contact you with instructions for your transition.

There is no additional cost for performing an upgrade apart from the increased monthly service fee.
