We do not store (or even obtain) your credit card information at Turtlepop Web Services. All of our web hosting payment arrangements are processed securely by PayPal.
When you place an order for web hosting with Turtlepop, you will fill out information for our records (such as your name, domain name, service level, etc...), then when you click the Payment button you will be redirected to a secure payment processing form at PayPal. You can cancel your service at any time through PayPal, or by sending a cancellation request to billing@turtlepop.com.
Back to TopYes, we allow such content so long as it is legal (meaning you own the right to distribute the file) and is non-pornographic in nature. Absolutely no distrubution of copyrighted mp3s (for which you do not own the copyright), movies or "warez" will be tolerated.
If you plan on hosting this type of content, you may want to select a plan with a larger amount of bandwidth as these files tend to be large and use bandwidth quickly
Back to TopNo, Turtlepop does not allow the hosting of pornographic, obscene, or adult content on its servers.
Back to TopAbsolutely. If you find that your current hosting plan is too small for your needs, simply send an email to sales@turtlepop.com requesting an upgrade. We will then contact you with instructions for your transition.
There is no additional cost for performing an upgrade apart from the increased monthly service fee.
